One bottle purchased at Gausler Getranktmarkt in Sulzbach-Rosenburg.
.5L bottle served in a Hefeweizen glass.
A- Slightly cloudy orange hue. Two finger head with not much retention. Patchy lacing.
S- Lightly malty, somewhat fruity and hints of yeast.
T- Slightly sweet malts, yeast and mild touches of banana. Mildly spicy with herbal notes. Mellows to a nice bitterness and some banana aftertaste.
M- Medium bodied, medium carbonation.
D- Pretty good Hefeweizen. slightly lighter than a lot of similar beers. Little too much banana.
