Brown Ale • 5% ABV • 25 IBU
A Brown Ale resulting from a brew day with one of our favorite regulars named Jack, that's become our house Brown Ale. Notes of honey, chocolate and toast with subtle roasted flavor. A favorite, and a Brown Ale that's perfect for year-round drinking.

On draught at the brewery.
A rootbeer colored pour with some clarity and a Beige head with retention, slippery lacing.
Medium roasted malt with a rich chocolatey accompaniment. Supple root-beer and sassafras flavor, vanilla, honey. Mild bitterness.
One of the better Brown Ales I’ve had.
