Rauchbier - 5.8% ABV - 23 IBU
Dark, smokey Lager. First time we've made one. Pilsner and Vienna malt base, with lesser amounts of Cherry Wood, Biscuit and Chocolate malts..
Hopped with Elixir hops for notes of cognac and leather. A really fun beer, especially if you like smokey ones.

A Mahogany Amber, with high clarity.
Toasted barley with mild smokiness that has melded well with the caramel malt flavor and hops bitterness. Mild leather and fruity notes.
A tasty Rauchbier that is flavorful and smooth.
