I had a couple of 0.5l bottles of this with a lunch of Currywurst mit Pommes at their Gasthof...
It pours a medium to light copper shade, crystal clear throughout. Topping is a 1/4" light tan head which laces the glass fairly well. Plentiful carbo swiftly rises within. Has a toasty/bready malt nose, with light sweetness. Quite inviting! Medium body is present; solid but not heavy, with minimal roughness on the tongue.
Has a great foundation of malty/toasty sweetness, like a good Märzen should. A bit of fluffy floralness tickles the tongue, though the malty sweet loveliness lingers long. Finishes with a hint of spiciness to boot. A top-shelf OFest bier!
Prosit!!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
