Bottle into a Moonlight pint glass.
A: Burnished yellow gold with an enormous white craggy foam head. Great retention and lacing.
S: Lightly spicy floral and herbal hop characteristics. Clean, devoid of fruity esters. Malt imparts a whisper of sweetness, as well as bread and grainy malt.
T: Lightly sweet biscuit and grains. Traces of lemongrass meld with herbal and lightly spicy hop character. Upper low bitterness. Clean, dry, crisp finish.
M: Light with high carbonation and a dry, crisp mouthfeel.
Overall: A nice and refreshing Helles Lager.
