A: Dark reddish brown with a cream-colored head
S: Caramel and some malty sweetness
T: Definitely on the sweet side, caramel, liquid bread
M: Slightly syrupy
O: A sweet-ish kellerbier that claims to be a zoigl, although my understanding of zoigls is that they're only served out of the brewers' homes in a handful of towns. Pleasant beer, and frequently in my fridge while I lived near the brewery.
