This is the style that first got our brewmaster interested in the craft beer movement. Our West Coast IPA is brewed and dry hopped with generous amounts of Cascade, Centennial, and Columbus hops. Taste and aroma are full of pine and grapefruit, while the 70 IBUs are balanced nicely on its malt backbone.
