The liquid is cloudy; the colour deep brown-amber. The two finger high off-white head leaves some lacing.

The smell is dry with interesting notes of fresh herbs. Phenols (soap, detergents) and orange peels. Tart notes and hints of wheat flour. Roasted hints in the background.

The taste is... oh, this is yummy... fresh with light roasted and sour flavours. Yeasty hints in the background. Clean, yet complex flavours in the toasted bread region. Light bitter flavours in the aftertaste, hints of roasted malt and grilled meat. Some sweetness in the finish.

The carbonation is medium strong; the small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is smooth.

A very intriguing hefe weissen. I like!
