Light orange color, turbid and hazy. A beautiful foam head, persistent. Good appearance.
The smell is typical for a weizen, with yeast, wheat, banana present but not too strong. Maybe just a little sweetie. Good yeast.
The taste is good too, without that sweetie note. Some lactic.
Well rounded body, good mouthfell.
A little point of lactic in the aftertaste, too, with some light finish bitter.
A good weizen.
