Pours a clear golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is excellent as is the lacing. Aroma of German malts with hay and lemon. The taste is the same with a mildly lemony aftertaste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A little watery.

Look: pours out a semi dark golden color, not quite copper, clear and filled with lots of bubbles. The head starts off thick and slowly thins to about half a finger with a thick ring around the glass.
Smell: Mild malts and grassy tones, very mild lemon and citrus smells.
Taste: malts up front, lemon grass and mild lemon rind come in as well, bitter as it hits the back of your mouth.
Feel: Light and semi crisp and clean overall, not too many flavors to get enjoy or get mixed up on.
Overall: A good Marzen overall, tasty and easy to enjoy.
