Ein bernsteinfarbenes Kellerbier mit vollmundigem und feinmalzig-mildem Geschmack.
Our Bitburger Premium Kellerbier pours into the glass reddish golden with an amber lustre. The creamy white, fine head and the malt aromas are convincing both to the eyes and the nose. Slender and vibrantly fresh on first taste, a balanced interaction of elegant malt and caramel flavours with a pleasant bitterness develops, which ends delicately on the palate.

Copenhagen 12/5 2018. 33 cl bottle from Edeka, Damp. Simple white label with the slogan "Bitte ein Bit" and a happy guy with a butterfly and a beer.
Pours orange amber with a big, white, thick head. Black particles in the beer and head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick, fluffy, layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sweet caramel, lightly sugary and with metallic notes.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thick texture.
Flavor has rather strong sweetness followed by weak bitterness. Aftertaste is medium caramel sweetness.
Looks quite good but aroma and taste is bit middle of the road.

Taste is combo of a good deep lager, an ale and a touch of dark beer. Fine smooth beer.
