Tasted from a 4 oz sampler glass.
A- Pours dark brown with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly
S- roasted coffee and nuts, strong malt and a hint of chocolate. Hints of salted, cured meats,. The aroma starts off with Fragrant Eucalyptus and band-aids, Maybe the yeast. some dark roasted malts that have a pretty heavy roasted aroma to it with some light charred smoke followed by some coffee. Followed by a smoked meat aroma.
T- The taste seems to be very similar to the aroma and it started off with a lower amount of medium sweetness followed by a good amount of dark roasted malts I also get slight coffee flavor. On the finish there is charred/bitter coffee like finish with a roasted and lightly smokey aftertaste.
M. Medium bodied medium carbonation.
D: This was a drain pour, unfortunately. If I did not smell Vicks Vapor Rub threw out it would have been palatable.
