On tap at the brewery in early June 2014. I meant to review this before now.
Unfiltered medium amber pour with a decent off-white head.
This aroma is quite spectacular and deserves a high grade. It has a ginger thing going on beyond the pale malts one might expect. This is brewed with Sherry and I do pick that up a bit on the nose.
Medium to full body.
The ginger really speaks to me on this as well as the Sherry that shows up fairly vibrantly in the flavor just like the taste. Remember - ginger and Sherry and that describes this particular beer. Liked it.
