A completely new twist on the style, POP was brewed with a blend of Chinook, Mosaic, and Centennial hops then finished with freshly foraged local poplar buds also known as Balm of Gilead. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Kittery Cascade/Magnum hops and more poplar buds.

Pours a lovely honey gold with a frothy, bright white head that gradually dissipates, leaving a thick band of lacing as it recedes. Nose is extremely fragrant - medicinal, herbal and minty. Taste is all perfume and there's some bubblegum notes. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an even carbonation. Overall, way too much going on - too perfumey and intense.
