Light and lovely, this Clementine-infused sour, with a touch of salt and a healthy dose of Citra hops, is subtly extreme.

L -- Moderately hazed golden orange body with two fingers of rocky white head produced with moderate pour. Some retention and minimal lacing. Lots of visible effervescence. Looks quite refreshing
S -- Lemon, tart apple, brine, grain, coriander, bready yeast
T -- Quite lacto-tart and salty, which makes it all the more thirst quenching. Hint of coriander, key lime, quince
F -- Immensely refreshing and quaffable. Light mouthfeel, heavy carb. Maybe a hair too tart

On tap. Watermelon Gose. Smells and tastes very tangy and tart. Light elements of salt and watermelon. More watermelon rind than flesh as it did not taste very sweet. Finishes dry. Light bodied. Lingering tartness. A part of a flight.

Earth eagle makes herbal, joyful beer. I liked the gose and thought it was one of the best I have had. Made with wood chips soaked in tequila. I am not crazy about tequila but the there was a sweet fruity something to this beer. The tewuilla was soft on the palate and id not have that sour taste that I don't like about tequilla. A light malt, light soft salt that was mineral fresh , dry and bright. Floral. Very different from the in your face sour goses.
