Nose very fruity, strange berry, earthy almost gooseberry or huckleberry, big doughy raw gristy wheat, raw dough, cracker,

Taste little tart gose like, some herbal spices, again big fruity berry, earthy starchy berry, back to raw dough, plenty of cracked wheat, little yeasty, chewy, bit of bitterness lingering, little flemmy sticky finish

Mouth is med to light bod, decent carb, little creamy wheat

Overall an interesting beer, not one I would get often, and very fruity and very little spice for a gruit.
