Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. So its pretty smokey, but I think that helps distract me from the odd flavors I get from all the spices involved. As a beer with spruce and pine I'm pleasantly surprised buy how green it doesn't taste. Drinkable, but still not my style.
