This was treated at the Ginger Man in Boston where they described this beer as a Curry and Pumpkin Porter.
Dark brown color where light passes through the center of the glass. Modest head but the bubbles last as a thin layer. Some streaks for lace.
I can smell the curry but not the pumpkin. I do get a darker malt in the background.
In the taste, the curry is far more subdued and the pumpkin takes center stage. The background features the traditional Porter flavors of unsweetened cocoa. Higher carbonation but this still sports a higher than expected body. Overall, a very interesting Porter.
