Tap at the brewery
Big creamy foamy head, soapy lacing, semi hazy iced tea tan color
Nose sweet honey malt, little toasted almost biscuity like brown malt, mild grassy floral hop, touch yeast and bread dough,
Taste starts with doughy malt, little toasted lager malt, hint of copper metallic in the background, grassy floral hops with decent bitterness, raw gristy malt, little lager softness, touch of honey malt but nothing like the nose. Finished drier little sticky, fair bitterness.
Mouth is med to lighter bod, nice carb, touch lager softness
Overall not bad, somewhat pilsner but seems more like Vienna lager or Dortmunder, other than the hint of copper that went away quickly, and bit too heavy on medium malts, it's pretty nice. Good hop profile for Czech style pils, malts maybe too dark, but love the honey character on the nose.
