Had on tap. If you told me a brewery in new england made a belgian ale with boar broth and mustard of course it would be earth eagle. Mad scientists! Pour clear amber with a white cap. Smell is fascinating: pungent pungent stone ground mustard and moreso hops top a sweet malt base, weird. Taste has the yeast come in to bridge these extremes, with yes a umami meat flavor in there too, flowers and herbs round out. Feel is light and malt forward, but I can't kill them for this as this beer is unlike anything I have had before. Weird and fun
