Our latest sour features a mostly pilsner and wheat grain base, a big dose of guava, kettle soured with a few tubs of yogurt. Delight in its sophisticated tarty-ness!

L -- Hazy muted orange body. Two fingers of full white head produced with moderate pour. Minimal retention or lacing, as per the style
S -- The guava really pops on this one and makes for a very refreshing smelling brew. Also getting baguette-like yeast, slight lacto tartness, floral, rhubarb, lemon
T -- Nice smacky, lemony lacto tartness that is great for a hot day. The guava comes through a little, as does that same baguette-like breadiness. Hint of herbal character as well
F -- Crisp, dry, and super quaffable. Light mouthfeel, medium carb. Lingering lemon juice on the finish
O -- A superb fruited sour for hot weather. Not too vinegary like some beers of the same ilk can be. $15/4-pack pricing from the brewery is a bit high given the ABV
85/100
