Waxed bottle picked up a few weeks ago
Pours a very small fizzy head with low retention, little lacing, semi clear slight hazy golden tan color
Nose brings a lot, some herbal gin and nutty out front, very nutty and earthy, mild citrus, lots of herbs, doughy malt
Taste brings sweet malt and a bit grainy doughy, tart citrus, lemon and a little orange, various herbs, quite nutty, touch of oak and spicy gin but barely, little generic fruity, sticky tart finish
Mouth is med bod, almost no carb, tart and a little flemmy
Overall not really sure what they were even doing... This has no real sahti like characters except light herbs but that could be the gin which is also very light, weird very nutty characters, very tart, almost no carbonation, seriously what was this?!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
