Pours pale gold with a short off white head. This is a sour variety so that dominates the nose. However the lime, sumac and hibiscus come in strong and well balanced from the start. I do not know what sumac tastes like but i can say both the lime and hibiscus are very present but not overpowering. Masterful job IMO. Feel is light and crisp.
Ghis is fantastic tasting, fresh and well balanced. If you pike sours don't let the gruit designation turn you off. Well worth the try.
