Experience the magic of Centennial and Flaconer's Fight 7Cs hops as they showcase their full citrus power. This DIPA is double dry-hopped with Simcoe exploding in a ceremonial dance of aroma and flavor.

The look was surprising to me, as it matched up to taste. It was roughly at 20 srm, dark for a floral tropical ipa, and a nearly white one finger head. The smell is bright. Taste is as cheerful. It feels light. Great beer, tasty ipa.

Poured into a 16 oz tulip glass not sure when it was canned from Earth Eagle Brewing with Centennial and Falconers Flight C7 hops. Pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a 2 finger sticky off white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with nice retention. 4

Aroma caramel, toffee, orange, pineapple, apricot, and grapefruit. 3.5

Taste follows caramel, toffee, hints of orange, pineapple, apricot, and grapefruit. 3.25

Mouthfeel is average, plenty of life, a tad dry, and at 8.5% it goes down pretty easy. 3.75

Overall this is an old school DIPA, more malty than I prefer and kind of dry for my liking these days, not bad but not really what I was hoping for. 3.5

From a can with a sticker that says 01/25/21. Sampled on Feb. 24, 2021.

Slightly cloudy looking golden-yellow underneath a foamy cream colored head.

The aroma has a grainy malt character with an herbal and fruit hop presence but a slight vegetable oil sensation. Maybe that's yeast.

The body is smooth and medium or better.

An easy drinking sweet and herbal hopped beer. Ends clean.

Can from the Packie
Dark gold in color with a fluffy white head that slowly recedes. Earthy citrus and pine. Bready caramel maltiness light astringency and moderate diacetyl, Meh.

Nice to see Earth Eagle available in pint cans in the Southwest corner of the state.

I can't really describe the color of this bird.. it's very strange and muddled. Maybe, root beer with golden hues... Cloudy brown inside an otherwise clear liquid. A slightly off white foam cap is complete with nice lace.

The nose is very sweet, buttery caramel and dank, dark berries. Boozy syrup and sweet citrus. Kinda, weird, kinda neat.

The blend of Centennial, Falconer's Flight 7C's and Dry hopped style Simcoe sure is a strange threesome. Densely sweet fruits and very dry dark grains effect, especially in the finish.
I'm thinking Coo Coo bird, maybe Dodo bird? I mean it's weird right through to the flavor. There is a very hearty base of dry earthy dark grains and leafy hops that give off interesting complexities.

The mouthfeel is heavy, slick then dry and leafy. A wild ride for sure, the image I have in my head that sums up this beer nicely is the awkwardness of a Turkey trying to take flight quickly.
