16 oz can.
Pours a dark brown with a sudsy caramel head. Decent head retention. Leaves a nice crown of lacing.
Aromas of dark chocolate and roasted malts, with some light coffee. Simple, but pleasant.
The flavor has notes of dark malts, caramel, chocolate, coffee, and faint cherry cola.
The feel is medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy. Has a dry finish.
Overall, a pretty good oatmeal stout. It hits all the notes expected from the style without doing anything really interesting. Drinkable and entirely inoffensive.

From a 16 oz. can sampled on Feb 26, 2022.
The appearance is lovely with its dark brown to near jet black color under a lasting tan head.
The aroma features dark roasted malts, chocolate, and prepared oatmeal.
Light mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet to start with a burst of oatmeal and dark roasted malts. Capable enough but nothing jumps out to me to make me think unique.

Can from the Packie
Dark brown in color with hints of ruby on the edges. Roasty burnt maltiness with bits of caramel and creamed coffee. Somewhat like a sweeter dry stout. Decent.
