On tap at Earth Eagle Taproom:
A: Pours slightly hazy yellow/straw with about a half inch of head that fairly quickly disappears.
S: The coriander jumps out a little with notes of lemon, hay, a little sourness, and touch of brininess.
T: Follows the nose with a little citrus, lots of coriander (but not too much) and a perfect balance of sourness and salt. I've had Gose that were way too salty but this one was spot on with the balance.
M: Light, slightly high carbonation, very crisp.
O: An easy drinking and refreshing Gose that nailed the sour/salty balance.
