from a growler to a red wine goblet
look; pale yellowish tan, not much retention, some visible carbonation that stays, hard to judge what this 'should' look like
smell; lemon, pine needles, cold air (i'm not drinking it outside), very bright
taste; fruity, tart, more like sour fruit tart than lemon tart, lemon and pine taste also there, some pepper, spicy
feel; a little more carbonated than i expected or wanted but works with this beer
overall; a delicious, refreshing, crisp wintry gruit

On draft at Earth Eagle Brewing

A: Pours a light straw color. Slightly head that fairly quickly dissipates.

S: A ton of lemon, almost like lemon extract. Maybe a touch of lemon pinesol. Just a lot of lemon.

T: As with the nose, it's a lemon bomb. Not a whole lot of subtlety here. The Sorachi Ace hops does add a little depth of melon fruitiness.

M: Light body and fairly high carbonation. Very crisp. Drinks like a Pilsner as I'm sure the name is a play of.

O: An interesting light lemon bomb, though I think if the lemon/bitterness/pinesol were dialed back a little it would be great.
