On draft at Earth Eagle Taproom
A: Pours deep brown, mostly opaque, with a good 2 inches of off-white head that somewhat slowly dissipates.
S: Belgian candi sugar, brown sugar, brown bread, slight dark fruits (plum).
T: Follows the nose with rich and deep notes of sweet bread, plum, and dark fruits. Very low level of bitterness and no alcohol off-flavors.
M: Medium body, Light to moderate carbonation. Not as creamy and smooth as it could be, but still easy drinking.
O: One of the better beers I've had from Earth Eagle, a little more complexity and body would have this up there with some of the best.
