Pours a clear amber with thick, soapy head. Great head retention.
Smell is fruity and a bit floral with notes of citrus, caramel, each and some malty sweetness.
Taste is fruity and bit floral with a nice base of biscuity malt. Notes of grapefruit, lemon, cirus peel and peach. Moderate bitterness. Very clean and crisp, with very good definition of flavors.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and a bit frothy with good carbonation.
Overall, a great APA, this is the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale of Sweden, absolutely true to style.
