This beer is our take on the classic Vienna Lager. This Vienna is malty, bready, and somewhat toasty with a nice clean hop profile and bitterness. We decided to let the Vienna malt and Floor Malted Marris Otter shine in this beer. We lowered our percentage of Munich malt which resulted in a lighter colored Vienna, but all the flavor we love in a Vienna is still there.
