Appearance: clear golden yellow under a snow white head.
Aroma: Very strong, a bread Pils malt and a hint of citrus. No hops in the aroma.
Flavor:
In the front, a decent bitterness kick, not too much but it's noticeable. You can taste fresh Noble hops mixed in a tart flavour.
In the middle, more of the same with tart and bitterness, with a slightly sweet Pils malts on the side edges of the tongue.
In the back, more tartness mixed with sweet Pils malt flavor or a tad caramel but leaning more towards bready.
Aftertaste, all sweet Pils flavor.
Mouthfeel: typical Pils, not too thick and not too thin, but it has the heft of a good German beer. 4.9%
Overall, a nice beer to start this series. Not too sweet, though there's Pils malt sweetness present, not too bitter and a decent tartness all mixed in. Far and away better than any Fernsehbiere but not as good as Faust, Kneitinger, or Mahrs. A strong 4 from 5.

Poured a medium head, pale colour, clear. Very nice noble hop aroma. Wasn't bursting with flavour but was very well balanced. Liked the hoppy bitter finish. Nice mouthfull, was crisp and had a bit of gas. Very drinkable, you could taste the craft that had gone into it, held up well against standard Pils from the bigger breweries.

On pouring it makes a loud fizzy noise similar to soda. A vigorous pour barely produced a head large enough to cover the surface of the pale golden beer, and the head was gone by the time I put the glass down. Mildly sweet aroma of white bread, a bit of herbal hops, and some corn underneath. Things aren't looking good so far. It tastes primarily of tea flavored hops with a pinch of caramel underneath. These definitely are not the typical Pils flavors. There is too much malt, and the hops are strange, but there is a nice mild bitterness in the finish. Light body with less carbonation then normal. A funky Pils, but an ok beer.
