Double dry hopped with El Dorado and Cascade hops. Perfect for sipping in those magic moments as the sun goes down. Not too bitter with tons of hoppy.

Can of Long Island Farm Brewery Golden Hour American IPA from late August, 2023.
The beer pour is impressive. There is a clear amber body topped by a rocky, lasting white head. There is a nice lacing. The aroma is nice. The taste isn't really to my preference. The body seems somewhat thin. The hop character is a little off. There isn't enough bitterness, and the aftertaste is slightly astringent. This might fill the bill for some, but I'm not a fan.
