16oz can purchased from the brewery a few weeks ago 4.2% ABV. The beer pours very light golden yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to an uneven ring and leaves some lacing. The aroma is mild with distinctive fermented rice and a hint of pale malt. The taste is semisweet rice lager. Very clean with a bit of earthy hop flavor and minimal bitterness. The feel is thin bodied with above average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, good beer for the style. Cleanly lagered and refreshing with no off flavors.
