This wild fermented sour ale has been aged in wine barrels on Petit Verdot and Malbec grapes for over 4 years. This beer was a passion project for us that was set to the side for so many other projects but we figured, there’s no time like the present to appreciate and showcase our passion. Using the base beer from our wooden tank, we aged this beer with wine grapes we picked ourselves from our friend Liz’s backyard vineyard, 6.1%
