This sour ale was brewed into our Wooden Tank, or Foeder. This specific vessel is used to create an infusion of wood, aged into the beer from its birth and you won’t find anything like it around here. We brew into the foeder using the solera style and draw off of it to fill barrels and add fruit, hops or other adjuncts. This singular beer was hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, lending notes of melon and berry to an oaky finish. Limited release, 5.4%.
