Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large whote foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some sharp peppery yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic cereal notes with dry sharp peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. It Tastes more like a Saison than a Kolsch but great tasting nonetheless.
