Topsy Turvy is a 16th century expression and literally means upside down, and that’s our philosophy… Similar to the feeling you get when you ride a roller coaster for the first time and it turns your world upside-down. We don’t plan on being conventional and will constantly explore new recipes. Together, my Brewmaster and I are driven to create beers that will make you flip head over heels with delight. Our hope is to inspire the beer lover and explorers in each of you, just as my dad did in me. Our Focus: We will be mingling traditional old world Wisconsin styles with new aroma driven and flavorful offerings. We plan on exploring the boundaries of craft beer by creating tasty session beer brewed with unique ingredients, as well as offering stable year-round offerings, monthly special releases and rotating batches from hazy IPAs and decadent pastry-inspired stouts to wine/beer hybrids. We hope to bring you brews that, when shared with friends, can help you create fond memories.

Another brewery in an old chruch, the REV felt right at home! Fun place, nice to get a brewery in Lake Geneva. Definitely leans into the lake tourist mentality with the beer offerings. Good for a lazy Sunday at "church" on a clear wisconsin day, but don't expect to be blown away. Easy drinking is the name of the game

an interesting brewery located in (part of) an old church in downtown Lake Geneva. seems like they operate out of the main foyer and share the other parts of the church building with other local businesses, although i did not scope out any other areas. pretty simple setup with the bar to the left and table and high tabletop seating scattered throughout. the real beauty is the outside tables and picnic tables, where sipping on a few beers is most pleasant. it’s order at the bar, with everything beyond served in your typical pint glass with the exception of flights. nice selection of beers from IPAs to berliners to hefeweizen to an American stout. conveniently located for an afternoon (or day) of hanging around the downtown area. the bartenders are friendly and the beer isn’t necessarily going to blow your socks off but it’s cold and tasty and i’ve enjoyed my visit there. they have some food options - a pretty gigantic bavarian pretzel, some cold cheese curds and i think maybe some pizza options but it’s pretty limited.
