Bought from www.bierzwerg.de. Served (and re-served) in a slender, 200ml pils glass.
Appearance: Light yellow to straw color, huge white head.
Smell: Light hoppy smell.
Taste: A slight bitterness with some hoppy notes.
Mouthfeel: I'd say that for a pils this has a medium body; smooth texture; light to medium carbonation, sensed mostly at the tip of the tongue during the first sip; it may not exactly conform to style but it's a very pleasant beer. The overall sense is that of delicate smoothness.
Drinkability: I like it a lot, and could drink loads of it given the chance.

Bottle picked up in Franconia, circa 2012. Normal appearance for the style, pale golden, big foamy head. Aroma is grassy, grainy. Taste brings the hops with a nice bitter bite at the back end. Drinks clean and fairly crisp. Solid pils (from notes)

A Pilsner for the "lord of the manor" (a rough translation of Gutshhern). We'll see if he would be pleased.
Strong herbal hop aroma smells like the brewer rolled the hops in gasoline for dry hopping (I wouldn't eat gasoline, but the smell works). Frothy bright white head leaves freckles of lace. A few tiny bubbles rise lazily lowing sunshine colored beer. Body is moderately light, and there is a lack of carbonation in the mouthfeel that makes it not quite crisp. A light pale malt sweetness lays down a nice base. Moderately strong herbal hop flavor kicks in half way through and by the finish adds a bitter touch. The noble hops come through quite well in both the aroma and flavor. In body the beer is somewhere between a Pils and a Helles. If the hop flavor I get when I burp was present throughout it would be awesome. As it's still a good beer.
