Alkoholfrei Hefeweizen

Hazy apricot colored beer with a thick creamy off-white head. Aroma of fresh dough, banana, and a hint of citrus. The mouthfeel is not quite as soft and full as I was expecting, but it's nowhere near thin either. The citrus twang is really accentuated in the flavor. I think it's because the typical yeasty banana and wheat flavors are quite subdued, and the citrus is full on. It's definitely drinkable, and compares to some of the mediocre Hefeweizens I've had. This is a new beer from Pyraser and hopefully they can tune it in and bring out some more of the yeast characteristics in the flavor. A decent attempt.
