From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a large head, slowly dissipating. Bananas and bread in the nose. The mouth is caressed by the velvety smoothness of the beer and enjoys the sweetish banana-y flavor. Yum! Dangerously easy to drink!

A: Hazy yellowish pour with a very tall white, whipped-cream-like head. Slow dissipation leaves rich lacings.
S: RIpe bananas, bready sweet malt, but also spices and yeast along side with citric notes.
T: Very sweet, bready malt but even more ripe bananas and citric notes. Floral and flowery. Almost like smoked ham.
M: Aftertaste is rather short and rather sweet, while body is full and carbonation low.
O: A nice, well-balanced Weizenbock with extra plus for the bready sweet malt together with the yeast and spices.

50cl bottle poured into a Paulaner seidel

A- Cloudy banana like yellow, creamy 3 finger head that produces excellent lacing and has good retention. Prob not best glass for this, should have used a weissbier glass.
S- Fruity. Pineapple mainly with hints of banana. An underlying biscuity note.
T- Pineapple like citrussy sweetness comes through which balances with the biscuity malt. Finish is creamy with a toasty melanoidin quality underneath.
M- Carbonation is high, mouthfeel is light but thick and creamy. Its refreshing but retains the body of a bock
D- Has all the qualities of a good weissbier with the toasty malt notes of a bock. For me this is brilliant. Refreshing yet has the satisfying full body of a bock. Superb.

a golden heavy murky. excellent body when head is doing its thing. tight creamy bubbles that don't stick around long. floral and candy. marzipan and chamomile that started feel laced in sugar and booze once the bubble fade. this has a haste alcoholic bitter when it goes flat but the husky wheat malt gives it some character.

Smells like a mix of Weizen and Bock with hints of wheat and banana mixing with a bit of malty sweetness. Foamy off white head didn't last long. Hazy, glowing, apricot colored beer looks ok to me. Fairly sweet up front with a bit of fruit (oranges or peaches). It fades into a bit of banana a dough towards the end, and maybe even a hint of vanilla. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. It's pretty good, and quite flavorful without being overbearing. Give it a go.
