On tap at brewery:
A nice white head swirls as a galaxy around atop a swirled glass, surrounded by a thick collar and supported by a chill-hazed rusty medium amber body. A nice medium leaning light (more as it warms) body.
Nose has a light mineral edge to medium toasted bread with some herbal to lightly minty hop notes. A malt opening that shows a sweet side without being sweet. A neutral to tea-like bitterness swings things just over the balancing line.
