On tap at brewery:
Medium amber beer with a nice amount of head that lasts without providing much lacing. Nose is grapefruit-heavy citrus with some toasty notes (even a faint hint of toasted coconut from who knows where).
Taste is a bit more malty at first, with some citrus high notes. A grapefruit peel bitterness builds, but then seems to come and go as I sip. The feel similarly bounces between fine and too thin / somewhat watery. Personally not sensing any flaws, a decent balanced brew that I want the grapefruit bitterness to be just a little more firm and consistent.
