Very convincing pile of beige foam on the dark brew in the Fuller's pint glass. Label says it is "Can-Conditioned Real Ale" with secondary fermentation in the container providing the carbonation. In any case they've done a great job of that essential feature of an Irish Stout. Taste is less bitter-burnt than some other stouts, and even less bone dry. It's quite drinkable and mellow with plenty of dark malt and a hint of burnt sugar. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
