Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a very tall pile of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Aroma of straw and alfalfa. Prickly carbonation and a medium body. Malty flavors with a cereal taste and distinct leafy hops. Slightly acidic with a crisp finish. A touch of lime and grapefruit peel but not what you’d call fruity. Resiny, dry, and rather bitter, overall. Pencil shavings in the nose and aftertaste. Interesting but seems on the raw side. From the 16 oz can dated 6/28/2023.
