Clear dark yellow brew with plenty of foam in the goblet. Sudsy and light bodied for a decent mouthfeel. Some mild aroma of cereal and a whiff of alfalfa. Pleasant hoppy taste that takes this out of the usual piss lager realm. Distinct malt flavors, a touch of cornbread, and herbal aftertaste. Overall, a quite drinkable and even flavorful light Lager. Better than any Mexican version, but it is a little grainy and sweet after some sipping. From the 12 oz can purchased at the beer store. Dated 03/25/25.

I bought this can because it was a limited release with Bird Alliance of Oregon for Imperiled Birds of Oregon. It's an above-average lager. Not too hoppy or bitter. Orange gold color. Typical head. The effervescence is strong and pleasant.
