On cask at Steeplejack Brewing
A: Pours bright copper amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Soft stone fruit, floral and grassy notes, toasty biscuity malt, and just a touch honey sweetness.
T: Floral, grassy, toasty biscuity malt, maybe a touch grainy, faint stone fruit, and just hints of honey.
M: Light to medium body, mild carbonation.
O: This beer served on cask in this old church is a religious experience in itself. Nothing overly complex, but it doesn't need to be. Plenty flavorful, especially at its ABV, just all around well executed. I could happily crush these all day.
