This well balanced malty treat is our take on the classic Dusseldorf style. Featuring NW craft malt with soft notes of caramel and toffee that give way to a clean noble hop profile.

7.5oz "Steeplesnacks" can purchased at Community Pint, in Spokane, WA. According to the stamp on the bottom of the can, it was canned on October 10, 2024. This might be the smallest can of beer I've ever had.
Poured into a Washington Brewer's Festival tasting glass, this was a somewhat dark, coppery shade of amber. Initially, there was about a finger's worth of off-white head, but after about three or four minutes it had receded to a thin ring.
Fruity malt nose, more so than I expected. There was a teeny bit of an herbal hop scent as well.
Flavor was similar to the nose, but still more sweet. Rather toffee-like. Seemed a little over the top. Midway through things back off from the sugar factory and go more in a bready, toasted malt direction.
Medium bodied, a little watery.
A decent but flawed attempt at an Altbier. Curious why it's only offered in the "Steeplesnacks" format.
