A 12° Plato Czech-style Pilsner, this lager is carefully step-mashed and traditionally hopped, making for a bright, crisp and satisfyingly balanced lager.

Floral, complex flavor. Long finish. Kind of a Belgian sensibility. Really delicious.

This beer pours a light golden color with a large white head that dissipates rather quickly. The aroma is light malts, sweetness, yeast and mild hops. Taste is pretty much like the aroma. You get a nice light hop bite that smooth throughout. Noticed sediment in the bottom of the glass. Nice light, crisp east drinking Pilsner. Date on can 2-19-2024, doesn't say canned or best by though. Rated 12-9-2024
