Located in a brick building on the east side of downtown. Has a few dedicated parking spots out front, street parking, and nearby lots. Covered patio out front. View of brewing equipment through glass to the rear of the room. Low marble topped bar with backed stools and an ordering station. Lower black painted ceiling and a polished concrete floor. Other seating at low and high tables. Low lit and limited windows. 28 taps for beers (mostly low gluten), cider, and champagne. Also wine and NAs. Cooler has cans to go. Cordial and helpful staff. On site kitchen offers hot snacks, wings, salads, burgers, and sandwiches. Must like gluten-free brews to enjoy a stop.

This brewery focuses on Gluten Free beer. Most GF beer that I've had is thin and unimpressive. These beers were quite a bit better than most. Drinkable and flavorful. The space itself is an industrial building, something likely built for light manufacturing. They have tables set up on the loading dock, and the bar is inside. Interesting astronaut themed art adorns the walls. The bartender was very friendly and hard working. I enjoyed the Oktoberfest the most, although they had a series of different IPAs on tap. It was fairly crowded for a Sunday night.

Industrial warehouse building on the eastern side of downtown. Spacious interior with straight bar opposite the entrance that seats about 15 and some communal tables about the room and on the covered porch (looks like it was once a loading dock) in front of the exit. 6 gluten-free beers on tap... not a big fan of gf, but these were quite a bit better than ones I've tried. Friendly bartender. Chicken tenders were very nice.
