In 1837, a famous American blacksmith created a new style of plow to cut through the sticky Illinois mud. Now, a few infamous metalworkers turned brewers have created a beer to cut through the pesky American thirst. A combination of American malt, American honey, and American hops blend into a dry and delightfully malty rye ale with a crisp bitter finish. Raise your glass to American tradesmen and remember: Nothing drinks like a Beere.

Amber appearance. My favorite. Smell is all rye. Taste is all rye as well. I would say the strongest rye beer I have ever had. And that’s a good thing. Not sure I’m picking up the honey but it sure contributes to the mouthfeel. Well rounded. Such a tasty beer. I bought a sixer and every one I have opened I say “Wow!!” I love it. We need more beers like this. We search for something new using the same mash bills, etc when this is thinking outside the box. Bravo!!
